1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a contract between you and FORGE INNOVATION AND VENTURES LTD (“we”, “us”), trading as Yellobots, for use of the Yellobots platform and related services (the “Service”) at https://yellobots.com. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and “you” includes that entity.
2. The Service
Yellobots provides AI-assisted marketing workflows: research, content drafting, design assets, social publishing proposals, calendar planning, and integrations with third-party networks. Nothing is published to social accounts without your approval where human-in-the-loop controls apply, unless you configure otherwise in a future feature with clear consent.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@yellobots.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate law, third-party rights, or platform rules (including Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Instagram policies)
- Publish unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content
- Attempt to bypass approval controls, quotas, or security measures
- Reverse engineer or scrape the Service except as permitted by law
- Use the Service to send spam or automated engagement that violates platform terms
5. Your content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you provide (“Customer Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to operate and improve the Service, including submitting approved posts to connected platforms via our integration partners.
We own the Service, software, branding, and agent frameworks. Feedback you provide may be used without obligation to you.
6. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties (e.g. Composio, Meta/Facebook, Google Gemini, Fal). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or account restrictions imposed by platforms.
Facebook Page posting requires a valid connection and permissions you grant. Attribution on posts (e.g. “Posted by [app name]”) is controlled by the Meta app configuration described in our integrations documentation.
7. AI-generated output
AI outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication. We do not guarantee reach, engagement, compliance with advertising rules, or business results.
8. Fees and credits
Paid features, credits, or subscriptions may apply as shown in the product or order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing with reasonable notice for future billing periods.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. It forms part of these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of liability
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD, OR OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW.
SUBJECT TO THE ABOVE, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THAT PERIOD OR (B) £100 GBP, EXCEPT WHERE A HIGHER MINIMUM IS REQUIRED BY LAW.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your Customer Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or platform policies, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, risk to the Service, or legal requirements. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive (e.g. liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive termination.
To request deletion of personal data, see User Data Deletion.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in the EEA/UK may have mandatory rights to bring claims in their country of residence.
