Overview
Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to request erasure of your personal data in certain circumstances. This page fulfils Meta's requirement to provide a user data deletion URL for apps that use Facebook Login or access Facebook data.
Option 1 — Request deletion in Yellobots (account holders)
If you have a Yellobots login:
- Disconnect social integrations under Dashboard → Integrations → Titan (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ask your workspace owner to remove you from the team, or contact us to delete the entire workspace
- Submit the form below to request full account and personal data erasure
Option 2 — Facebook only (no Yellobots account)
If you used Facebook to authorize our app but do not have a Yellobots account, or wish to remove Facebook data only:
- Go to Facebook → Settings → Privacy → Business integrations (or Apps and websites)
- Find the app connected via Yellobots / Yellobots Titan and remove it
- Submit the form below with the email associated with your Facebook account and your Facebook user ID if available
What we delete
Following a verified request, we aim to delete or anonymise:
- User account record (email, hashed password, profile fields)
- Workspace membership and personal settings tied to you
- OAuth connection metadata held for your user or workspace (via Composio disconnect + our records)
- Activity and personal identifiers in logs where feasible
We may retain minimal data where required by law (e.g. billing records, fraud prevention, or unresolved legal claims) for the period legally permitted.
Timeline
We acknowledge requests within 72 hours where possible and complete erasure within 30 days, unless extension is required for complexity (we will notify you). For more detail see our Privacy Policy.
